Do you take walk-ins?
No — Loftin's is appointment only. This isn't a limitation, it's by design. Randy works one job at a time so your vehicle gets his full attention, not whatever's left over at the end of the day.
How fast will Randy respond?
Usually within a few hours during business hours. Randy responds to calls and texts himself — there's no receptionist or call center. If he doesn't pick up, leave a voicemail or text and he'll get back to you.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
$125 for diagnostics. If the problem is obvious — worn brake pads, a leaking hose — Randy won't charge you to tell you that. The fee applies when real diagnosis time is needed to trace the actual cause.
How do I get a price estimate?
Call or text with your vehicle info and what's going on. Randy can often give a ballpark over the phone for common repairs. For anything that needs diagnosis first, the $125 fee covers the estimate.
Do you work on my vehicle make?
Most gas-powered makes — Ford, GM, Honda, Toyota, Dodge, and more. No diesel. BMW and Mercedes are A/C and suspension only. Not sure? Just call and ask — Randy will tell you straight.
What's the warranty on repairs?
1 to 2 years on parts and labor. If something Randy fixed fails within that window, bring it back. No arguments, no runaround — he stands behind his work.
